Alpenfest Tours Terms Tour price includes round trip airfare Houston/Munich returning Munich/Houston. If you depart from an airport other than Houston or if you extend your tour, a flight alteration fee of $125.00 per person plus any additional airfare and taxes will be assessed. Included in the cost of the tour is your lodging, transportation via luxury bus, all breakfasts, eight evening meals (excluding drinks and desserts), all daily excursions listed on the itinerary and live entertainment nightly. Please note, weather may cause cancellation of any day excursion. Reservations for the tour are accepted on a first come basis. A deposit of $250.00 per single or per couple will secure your place. This deposit is fully refundable until January 15, 2007. On January 16, 2007, an additional deposit of $750.00 will be due. Non-payment may forfeit your place. This amount of $1,000.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining tour balance will be due on April 15, 2007. After April 16th, the total amount is NON-REFUNDABLE. Various types of travel insurance are available. If you must cancel, to prevent forfeiting money, you may find a replacement for yourself until May 15, 2007. Please be aware that a considerable amount of walking is required. This tour is not suitable for anyone who cannot walk unassisted for at least one hour at a time. |
