Alpenfest Tours Terms: Tour price includes round trip airfare. If you depart from an airport other than Houston or if you extend your tour, a flight alteration fee of $125.00 per person plus any additional airfare and taxes will be assessed. Included in the price of the tour is your lodging, transportation via luxury bus, all breakfasts, all evening meals (excluding drinks and desserts), all daily excursions listed on the itinerary and live entertainment nightly. Please note, daily schedules may be amended without notice. At the discretion of the tour guide, an excursion may be cancelled due to inclement weather; no refunds will be issued for cancelled excursions. Reservations for the tour are accepted on a first come basis. A deposit of $250.00 per single or per couple will secure your place. This deposit is fully refundable until January 15, 2009. On January 16, 2009, an additional deposit of $750.00 will be due. Non-payment may forfeit your place. This amount of $1,000.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining tour balance will be due on April 15, 2009. After April 16th, the total amount is NON-REFUNDABLE. Travel insurance is available. If you must cancel, to prevent forfeiting money, you may find a replacement for yourself until May 15, 2009.
